  Job Description:            
    Quantify and identify proposed scope items, write complete scopes of work, identify materials for procurement, plan the execution of the scope, provide execution contract boilerplates, develop schedules, estimate man hours and cost of work, prepare bid packages, dynamically track and coordinate execution of work, mediate approved execution contracts, and coordinate and negotiate repair of found fieldwork for all crafts within an assigned Turnaround Block. Ensures all materials and related resources are available prior to a job being scheduled for execution.

-Responsible for planning and scheduling all activities for a single turnaround block, up to $40MM or 200,000 direct field labor hours.
-Assesses job to understand the optimal plan to achieve TA premises including minimizing cost and maximizing safety performance to create an initial scope or proposed work list.
-Coordinates with numerous other disciplines including operations, engineering, procurement and finance.
-Field verifies work described in initial TA work list and develops detailed work scope activities including craft type, estimated man hours, detailed execution plan, and schedule. (Pre, Execution, Post)
-Ensures environmental plan (waste disposal, abatement, frac tanks, vac trucks, etc) is developed.
-Creates bill of material for assigned work, requisitions material as directed, and ensures all material is delivered before feed out of unit.

EXPERIENCE:
? A Minimum 7 years of overall experience in Turnarounds, maintenance, or project construction in refining or petrochemical environment.
? Experienced with the use and maintenance of plant history, P&ID?s, and other technical files
? Familiar with HSE regulations.
? Recognized expert in Turnaround work processes preferred. Highly proficient in planning, scheduling, estimating, cost control, and execution of Turnarounds. Proficient with Primavera (P6)
