| Job Description: | |||||||||
| Construction consulting firm seeks to employ a cost and schedule engineer. Applicants should have a BS in Engineering or Construction Management, 5 years of experience in the construction industry as a cost and schedule engineer, a working knowledge of P3/P6, MS Project, estimating, cost analysis and excellent written and verbal communication skills. A Professional Engineer or PSP registration is a plus but not required. Qualified candidates will have the ability to create, manage, and analyze CPM schedules, costs and complex issues for commercial, institutional and heavy civil projects. Eligible applicants will be competent in preparing detailed technical reports. Candidates should have a working knowledge of AACE recommended practices.
