JOB #3682: Sr. P6 Scheduler - Pharmaceutical Demolition Project

Location: Rahway, NJ
Duration: 1-2 years

Description:

Prepare and manage overall life cycle of program schedules for a $100MM+ demolition project.

Use Primavera or MS Project and Excel to generate performance reports and customized status reports, identifying and reconciling discrepancies with the project schedule/plan.
Develop, implement, perform, and guide earned value management (EVM) policies, procedures, and practices.
Develop dashboard reports to communicate master production schedule performance.
Gather and validate scheduling information from multiple groups both within and outside project team.
Resource load schedules and provide utilization analysis.
Identify schedule opportunities and potential slippages as they arise.
Provide critical path analysis and present critical path activities within schedules.



Job Requirements


Requirements:
BS in Engineering or Science related field preferred.
Experience in Pharmaceutical/Biotech Manufacturing Environment preferred but not required
5+ years of experience in Scheduling preferrably in a Construction environment.
Strong to Excellent understanding of CPM (Critical Path Method) concepts and calculations.
Excellent quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
Advanced knowledge of Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office applications required.
