Qualifications
? Engineering or Construction Management degree with 5 years experience working as a planner/scheduler; OR 10 years Project Controls experience with 5 years working as a planner/scheduler on industrial project work (oil and gas industry is preferred).
? PMP Certification preferred.
? Broad experience with and advanced proficiency using Primavera (P6) scheduling software.
? Advanced understanding of Critical Path method (CPM) scheduling
? Able to lead interactive scheduling sessions.
? Thorough understanding of earned value management.
? Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Able to work well in a team environment.
? Able to manage important client relationships.
? Able to work independently of direct supervision.
Responsibilities
? Provide supervision and mentorship to junior level Project Controls personnel
? Develop and maintain EPF/C plans and schedules at any stage of a project.
? Integrate project schedule data with other vendor provided progress input
? Provide input and assistance to the project team relative to preparing or validating other project control deliverables including:
? Bi-Weekly EPF/C progress and performance reports
? Oversee bi-weekly schedule updates
? Maintain project baselines
? Coordinate with all project stakeholders
? Maintain project action items needs list
? Monitor project milestone commitments and metrics
? Support client project manager as needed
