  Job Description:            
    Act as the primary point of contact for assigned project schedule related tasks and duties which include but are not limited to; integrating contractor schedules to create the master construction schedule, insure that accurate ties are created and maintained between the EP & C schedules, create the baseline construction schedule, updating the schedule on a weekly basis, attending progress meetings with contractors to obtain the latest scheduling information, interface with site and home office management and contractors to ensure accuracy and timely schedule interface and schedule buy in between all parties.

Work in collaboration with vendors / contractors to insure that Outage schedules and project component tie-ins are scheduled appropriately.

Work with site and home office management to ensure the master project schedule is reflected to a true and accurate level. This responsibility also involves ensuring that all vendor / contractor schedules are sharing the same dependencies, predecessors and float parameters on a real-time basis.

Critical Path Analysis, Assessment, and Re-planning - Identifies, negotiates, and resolves conflicts between the project team in the Master Plan, and develops revised logic / work around plans as necessary to meet the schedule end date.

Integrate program management, construction, and testing through start up into the construction plan. Review as sold estimate, integrate resources to schedule, develop, update, maintain schedule performance, productivity and earned value metrics.

Resource management, Forecasting, and Executive Project Reporting -Advises the Site and Project Manager on scheduled performance, forecasts, risks and milestones associated with meeting the baseline schedule and critical path activities. Maintain the earned value system consisting of; progress / productivity reports, and resource forecasts, to assist the Site and Project Manager with cost reporting and personnel requirements.

Qualifications:

Prefer 10 plus years construction schedule experience for complex projects in the Oil & Gas Processing industry.

Strong background in the Suite of Primavera Products.

Knowledge and experience with CPM scheduling, earned value analysis & cost estimating.

Ability to orchestrate meeting with contractors, client and upper management and guide/mentor project controls staff.
