Harvest Technical Services is seeking a Estimator for our San Francisco Bay Area Biotech client.
Duties
Manage estimating process for project greater than (USD)10m.
Manage multiple vendors to ensure quality and accuracy of estimates.
Co-ordinate total project cost with project team members.
Develop owner costs for projects.
Efficiently manage historical data for future estimating use.
Conceptual estimating of Office, Lab and Manufacturing projects.

Strong planning and prioritization skills.
Education
Relevant degree with 5 years? experience or 10 years of experience without degree.
Minimum of 2 years Bay Area construction market experience required.
Experience in Office and Laboratory construction essential.
Experience in cGMP manufacturing and supply chain construction preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite of applications required.
Proficient with Sage Timberline Estimating applications or similar preferred.
Cost Control and Scheduling knowledge a potential differentiator
