| Under the direction of a senior or lead project manager the successful candidate will facilitate activities for multiple projects by monitoring tasks, task-owners, timelines and expenditures; track, summarize, and report results, and develop and/or maintain reference information and databases; compile, organize, and summarize data from multiple sources; monitor/track processes to ensure their execution within defined parameters; This requires ability to multi-task, demonstrate strong time management, prioritizing, organizational skills using pre-established processes and procedures.
THIS JOB WILL RESIDE IN SALT LAKE CITY. NO REMOTE OR TELECOMMUTING. Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of two years experience in project related work experience. Communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work with all organizational levels as a team member, to ensure that key information on schedules, requirements, and resources is communicated to project manager in a clear and timely manner. Strong personal organizational skills Understanding of accounting, project management and contractual fundamentals A working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office products is preferred |
