THIS JOB IS IN DOWNTOWN LOS ANGELES. NO RELOCATION MONIES. 40+ HRS/WK. LONG-TERM ASSIGNMENT SUPPORTING MULTIPLE CAPITAL PROJECTS. Working with a team in an office environment, provide scheduling, cost control and other project controls functions for assigned major projects. Responsible for developing achievable project schedules based on resource availability and constraints. This requires ability to multi-task; demonstrate strong time management, prioritizing, organizational skills using pre-established processes and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor?s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Project Management or a related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of five years of project controls experience. 3-5 years Primavera Scheduling experience. Leadership and teamwork skills to negotiate with and influence on project issues. Experience working with project life cycles. CPM knowledge using Primavera 6. |
