After many years of "poking the bear" I have received maybe one or two responses. Doesn't matter what disciplines you have, at the project level they should be considered "professional", thus the treatment you should receive should be relevant not ignored. I doubt in double digit usage of this site, I have received any responses to resumes or even questions. It's rude, unprofessional and clearly outlines the attitude of the posting individuals. This culture is not just limited to this site, it's all over the internet when it comes to contract work. nobody can find the time to tell you" thanks for the resume, but no thanks" it's just easier to ignore. Makes it easier to understand why people have attitudes
