I am freelancing and have received a request to prepare a Baseline schedule for a project with the Army Corps of Engineers.

I have done many USACE schedules for employers but never as a freelancer.

Can some of you share how much you would charge to prepare a baseline schedule based on a construction cost of $17mil.

Any insight would be helpful.
