OD is in the historical data  (Vic Gammill - 07/14 21:31:21)

Look at successful completions, get accurate OD for planning new work. Define a workmanlike mile duration, get a linear foot daily production rate. Divide quantities by production rate to get activity duration. Quantities come from the plans. Don't forget to load calendars. There is rollout and rollup every shift. Production rates are day rates. No crew completes a site at noon and starts working another site at 1, so do not compress schedules based on moving crews based on a stop watch. The second site starts in the morning.
