Learn Primavera P6 and MS Project, the two most widely use scheduling applications. Once you have some experience, then you can sit for PMI's (PMP or PMI-SP) or AACEI's PSP exams. These certifications are recognized worldwide. with a degree you will need approximately 4,000 hours of experience to be ellegible to sit for either exam.
