Remote Scheduling  (MICHAEL Kelly - 07/10 15:12:10)

AJ, first I would like to visit the site, have access to the contract to know what the deliverables are, drawings to assist in building the schedule i.e. equipment ID pipe/valves vessels civil requirements etc. all would be needed to building your WBS, RBS and activity codes.
Remotely you would need to set up your deliverable dates for reporting, the format/layout that the client would like to see (Keep it to the agreed upon format) and contractual agreed deliverables.
Basically you can send the schedule via email in the native Primavera or MSP format or PDF; PDF would be the preferable format.
A periodic site visit would be preferable to keep good communications open and better project continuity.
