National Construction and Engineering Consulting firm seeking to add a Scheduling and Cost Engineer to our Forensic Construction Consulting expert team. Candidates will be expected to create/manage/analyze CPM schedules and have the ability to analyze costs and complex issues for commercial buildings, institutional and heavy civil projects. Candidates will also be expected to prepare detailed technical reports.



Applicants MUST have the following:

BS in Engineering or Construction Management
Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry as a schedule/cost engineer, Project Manager, Project Engineer, Superintendant
Working knowledge of scheduling programs such as Primavera P6/P3, Microsoft Project
Excellent written and verbal skills


Applicants PREFERRED experience includes:

Construction Claim Experience
Professional Engineer or PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional ? AACE) certifications
Working knowledge of AACE (Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering) Recommended Practices
